• fixed an issue where certain Jira versions were not upgrading the DB properly during the 2.0 release, resulting in lingering foreign key constraints and errors, rendering pages inaccessible
• fixed several issues with page attachments containing foreign characters either not previewing, opening, or downloading correctly
• several minor visual fixes and font fixes

Improvements

• Page titles now show in browser windows/tabs as the title of the Tab (instead of the generic "Simple Team Pages")
• Mentioning an issue key in a page now automatically converts to an issue macro (once you type a space after the issue key)
